I LOVE BRANDING.

Most know me for my tear jerking, emotion filled photography, but few know that my first love was actually design and branding.

Fun fact, I actually have a degree in both Graphic Design and Photography, but I started in Graphic Design and Marketing. After graduating I started off in a print shop doing pre-press work, designing for walk in clients, and layout editorial work for publications. From there I have worked for family small businesses, fast paced marketing firms focused on branding, and finally I worked as the senior graphic designer for a University helping them transition from a college to university. There I was responsible to build out their new visual brand, bringing it to the level it is today.

Through all of my unique experiences in the creative industry, whether designing or photographing, one thing is so so important in every position I have held. Branding.

A business can be successful without strong branding, don't get me wrong, but businesses who do implement cohesive branding create not only loyal customers but quality ones. Building your visual brand helps you not only target the audience you want to work with, but it also tells the unique story of you and your business!
